Land relations

 

Reference Information

 

 

The territory of the West Kazakhstan region is 15 133.9 thousand hectares.

 

As of November 1, 2017, according to the oblast, the total area of agricultural land was 6,607 thousand hectares (including: pastures - 5111.7 thousand hectares, arable lands 588.7 thousand hectares, deposits - 438.8 thousand hectares, hayfields - 411.2 thousands of hectares, perennial plantations - 1.8 thousand hectares, other land - 54.8 thousand hectares.).

 

Competitions for agricultural land

 

In the region for 2018 it was planned to conduct 24 tenders for granting land use rights for 236 agricultural land plots, an area of 157,2 thousand hectares. Of them:

 

In the Akzhaik District, 3 competitions for 27 land plots with a total area of 25773 hectares (was held);

In the BokeyordaDistrict – 2 competitionfor 22plots on an area of 16435 hectares(was held);

In the Burlin District – 2 competitionsfor 15plots on an area of 10991 hectares (1 competition held);

In the Zhangala District – 1 competition for 11 plots of 5202 hectares;

In the Zhanibek District – 2 competitions for 19 plots on an area of 9889 hectares (was held);

In the Zelenov District – 2 competitions for 8 plots on an area of 2821.1 hectares (1 competition held);

In the Kaztalov District 1 competition on 10plots on an area of 9000 hectares (was held);

In the Karatobe District – 3 competitions for 24 plots on an area of 21100 hectares (1 competition held, 2 did not held);

In the Syrym District – 2 competitions for 44 plots on an area of 30749 hectares (was held).

In the Taskala District – 4 competitions for 44 plots on an area of 20652 hectares (was held).

In the Terekta District – 1 competition on 6 plots on the area of 1820 hectares (was held).

In the Shyngyrlau District – 1 competition on 6 plots on an area of 2744 hectares.

 

Thus, to date 18 competitions for 199 land plots with a total area of 135.2 thousand hectares were conducted. As a result of the competitions, 143 land plots were granted, with a total area of 100.2 thousand hectares.
